West Ham United will reportedly command £120 million to sell captain Declan Rice this summer.
That is according to Sky Sports, who also claim they could lower the asking price to £100 million if a player is offered in return. The Hammers will not stand in the way of Rice's Champions League dream and while Chelsea will not be in that competition next season, are among the sides said to be keen.
That said, Arsenal are currently the side leading the race, with a number of other 'big six' clubs also keeping an eye on the England international's situation. Though Chelsea will be keen to strengthen their squad even further this summer, it is also set to be an extremely busy window of outgoings, too.
