Eurovision Song Contest fans were disappointed after missing out on tickets.
There was a rush to the checkout with thousands of fans gutted by the outcome. They were met with queues of more than 2,000 for every one of the nine possible events.
Many reported Ticketmaster technical issues claiming it hindered the checkout process with numerous reporting problems with their place in line, eventually being kicked out and having to renter.

Those who failed to secure a place shared their disappointment online, including one fan who said: "I was prepared to be disappointed that I didn't get tickets, but I wasn't expecting that to be because Ticketmaster is actual garbage rather than just high demand."
Another added: "Absolutely ridiculous. Error messages, getting kicked out. I didn't expect to get tickets but being in the queue would have been nice!"
While a third bluntly said: "F*** off didn’t get tickets." A final added: "God dam #Ticketmaster I got right up to being able to buy tickets, only for them to say there weren’t any available!! What was the bloody point."
For fans who weren't lucky enough to get tickets, they will still be able to enjoy the official EuroVillage, a dedicated Eurovision fan zone located on Pier Head, to enjoy for free. Over a two-week period, the Culture Liverpool team will put on a range of themed events with international acts taking to the stage to celebrate the contest.
Independent fan zones will also appear across the city including the nightlife centre Concert Square, and the industrial party area, Baltic Triangle.
