Thor Bjornsson has been told that he looks like "two different people" in a before-and-after Instagram post.
The former world's strongest man winner weighed over 32 stone when he began preparing for 'the heaviest boxing match in history' with rival Eddie Hall almost two years ago.
And with what Hall says is just seven weeks to go until they finally meet in the ring, the Icelandic star has shown off the stunning transformation he has made going from 205 kg to 145 kg.
It's a huge difference of nearly nine-and-a-half stone - or 120lb - and renowned fitness coach Sebastian Oreb noted in a comment that the photo looks like "two different people".
TV host Layla Anna-Lee also commented on the photo, saying: "Wow you’ve been working hard! Unreal congrats," while Made in Chelsea star Fredrik Ferrier added "Incredible work bro".
Bjornsson has fought in two exhibition bouts and one competitive one since announcing that he would be taking on Hall, and has impressed boxing fans with his skills for such a short amount of training.
He looked solid against veteran professionals Steven Ward and Simon Valily before brutally stopping Devon Larratt in his proper debut back in September.
The plan had been for Bjornsson to take on Hall during that September event, which was moved from Florida to Dubai before the Brit ended up pulling out with a bicep injury.
And Larratt stepped up on a few weeks' notice having never boxed before, and was stopped within a round by the Game of Thrones star.
Hall has been working a bit more quietly, although he has begun to get more vocal about the fight as the date comes closer, even releasing sparring footage in recent weeks.
To Hall's credit, he has also lost a whopping amount of weight to get down from 196kg to 156kg during training for the bout.
And he confirmed earlier this week that the fight will be announced imminently, with around seven weeks to go until it takes place.

“The fight is going to be announced very soon," Hall confirmed on his YouTube channel. "We are roughly seven weeks to the fight.
“Strength and conditioning is still at the top of my list. I still want to stay big and strong.
“Seven weeks until the fight - let me rephrase that - seven weeks until Thor gets knocked out, it’s not going to be much of a fight.
“I’m very confident. I’m a very confident man, but I’m very, very confident about this.
“I’ve been in the ring with some great boxers and I’ve more than held my own against some very good professionals at a very high level.
“So I’m very confident going into this, as always. I’m looking forward to it.
“I will let all the details be announced as soon as they are, tickets will be on sale soon and I hope some of you guys can make it out to support and shout and whatever else."
