India made history by clinching the Thomas Cup in 2022, becoming only the sixth country to achieve this feat with a stunning victory over Indonesia in the final held in Bangkok.
Meanwhile, in the Uber Cup, the Indian women's badminton team has been placed in Group A alongside the tournament's most successful nation, China, boasting 15 title triumphs. Joining them in Group A are Canada and Singapore.

The tournament is scheduled to take place from April 27 to May 5 in Chengdu, China.
