Thomas Tuchel has sent a clear message that he believes Chelsea do not need to make signings this month, despite seeing his side’s hopes of lifting the Premier League trophy ended on Saturday.

Kevin de Bruyne’s wondergoal won the game for City, who moved 13 points clear of Chelsea to all but end Tuchel’s hopes of winning the top-flight in his first full season in charge.
