Gabriel Jesus links to Chelsea are strengthening and a large part of me is wondering why. Fan seem to believe that the Brazilian forward could perhaps fix the flaws that Thomas Tuchel currently faces in his attack. Unfortunately, despite how skilful he is, this might not be the case.
As well as Chelsea, Arsenal are reportedly interested in a move for Jesus in hopes that a reunion with Mikel Arteta would bring out the best version of the 25-year-old. The Gooners will be looking to replace Alexander Lacazette whilst the Blues are on the hunt to find Romelu Lukaku's alternative. The race to acquire his signature seems far more exciting than signing the player himself. He's a talented player, however, he is unlikely to be the fit needed to push Chelsea in the right direction.
With the potential addition of Ousmane Dembele to the team, the Blues will be needing a clinical forward that can take the chances that they had become so accustomed to missing throughout the season.
