Thomas Tuchel seems to have a special relationship with the Champions League since becoming head coach at Chelsea last year.

The German coach had come close before in the European competition, losing in the final to Bayern Munich when he was manager at PSG.

The season after, he was relieved of his duties with Les Parisiens, before he was announced as Frank Lampard’s successor at Stamford Bridge.
