England manager Thomas Tuchel has moved to allay injury fears over Ezri Konsa after the Arsenal defender withdrew from the squad.

Konsa was nursing “discomfort” upon arrival at the England camp, but was able to play the full 90 minutes against Spain before sitting out the win over Czech Republic with what Standard Sport understands was a dead leg.
