Thomas Tuchel has broken his silence on Frank Lampard's return to Chelsea. Lampard was appointed on an interim basis for the remainder of the season last week following Graham Potter's sacking.
Potter was dismissed by Todd Boehly after the Blues fell to a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa. The loss was Potter's 11 in 31 games and ended his seven-month reign in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard's return to his former side was confirmed last Thursday, with the former Chelsea midfielder taking charge until the end of the season as Boehly searches for a permanent appointment.

Despite the re-appointment of the fan favourite, Chelsea's woes in the Premier League continued over the weekend in a 1-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Blues now apply their focus on to this week's Champions League quarter-final tie with Real Madrid.
And on Monday, former Blues manager Tuchel - who replaced Lampard in 2020 - was quizzed on his thoughts on Lampard's return to Stamford Bridge. Speaking before Bayern Munich's European tie with Manchester City, Tuchel said: "No. No more Chelsea. I am wearing a different shirt and I will not comment."
Tuchel may be faced with a clash against Lampard and Chelsea in the semi-final of the Champions League. Munich will have to overcome Pep Guardiola's Man City in the quarter-final whilst the Blues face the tough task of overcoming reigning champions Real Madrid.
