Kadarius Toney had his first breakout game for the Kansas City Chiefs after the New York Giants traded the former first-rounder to Patrick Mahomes’ team, a 57-yard day with a touchdown.
But it’s one video that NFL fans are focusing on the day after: The receiver ran a route and ran into a Jacksonville Jaguars defender — I think it’s Montaric Brown? — and then sees the ball headed his way.
It seems like the contact changed something with Toney’s gloves, because as the ball is in midair, he ADJUSTS HIS GLOVES before leaping and coming down with the ball.
WOW. This is so cool:
Watch Kadarius Toney readjust his gloves before high-pointing this catch. 👀
