If you've ever been a fan of Amanda Tapping's work in the "Stargate" franchise and wished you could see her in a series that's just as imaginative and action-packed, the Roku Channel has the show for you. And you don't even have to pay for a subscription streaming service to see it.
"Sanctuary" takes a premise that could easily be a monster-of-the-week procedural and turns it into a serialized adventure that was canceled far too soon. If you've ever felt like an outsider, there's plenty you'll find to like about this story of a secret organization dedicated to protecting the strange and terrifying creatures that secretly populate our world. Surprise, they exist!
