Get your tea sets and fascinators ready. Another royal wedding is coming our way this June, as Peter Phillips, son of Princess Anne and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, is set to marry his girlfriend of two years, Harriet Sperling.

Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling have announced that their wedding will take place on June 6th at a village church in Gloucestershire. The church is only a 19-minute drive from Princess Anne’s country house, Gatcombe Park, which could easily accommodate a lavish wedding reception. The King and Queen, along with the Prince and Princess of Wales, have been informed of the happy news.
Peter and Harriet met in early 2024, reportedly at a sporting event where both their daughters—Peter is father to Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, and Harriet has Georgina, 13—were competing. Their romance blossomed quickly and the two were photographed together at several high-profile society events, from the annual race scene to Wimbledon. Since then, Harriet Sperling has cemented herself as the latest Style Queen to join the Royal Family.

From Penelope Chilvers boots to bespoke Suzannah dresses, and from Beulah coordinated sets to Wiggy Kit casuals, Harriet Sperling knows the go-to brands and styles for chic royal style. Sperling has already cemented her status as Best Dressed at every race and polo game she’s attended since making her relationship public. She has consistently flown the flag for British brands, opting for London’s most chic labels rather than anything more flashy and foreign.
Harriet and Peter’s upcoming wedding is an opportunity to show off a British designer in the wedding gown spotlight, with bridal designers like Philippa Lepley and Halfpenny London surely chomping at the bit. While Peter Phillips’ royal family relations means that certain etiquette must be observed, Harriet Sperling’s incredible fashion taste means we have an extremely stylish wedding to look forward to this June.
