A petrol station in Oldham that doubles up as a burger joint has gone viral for its impressive range of snacks. People have been travelling from all over to check out what it has to offer.
Monarch Service Station can be found just off Broadway in Royton and is home to a Nisa shop and Shell forecourt, as well as the popular Smashville burgers.
The burgers themselves have been a huge hit since the place opened, but it's the huge variety of American snacks now being stocked at the shop which have got people talking recently.

The shelves are jam-packed with all sorts of treats from the US. They've got everything - well known cereals like Lucky Charms, Hershey's chocolate and syrups, pickles and a huge range of crisps, sweets and drinks. They even have a Reese's hot chocolate dispenser.
It really has raised the game when it comes to petrol station scran, so it comes as no surprise that TikTok has gone wild for it.
TikTok user lucychetwyndx was one of those punters who was enticed to give Monarch Service Station a visit. A video of her trip to the burger place has racked up a massive 919K views and thousands of comments.
In the video, Lucy tells the viewers that they 'need to visit this petrol station in Oldham' as she drives into what looks like an unassuming Shell petrol station with a Nisa Local corner shop.
However, in the next clip she makes her way to the Smashville stand inside the garage, where she shows viewers the hot food before turning to show off all the American snacks like Lays, Takis, Jolly Ranchers and Sour Patch Kids that lined the shelves.
The video ends with Lucy telling her viewers that her clip is their 'sign to go'. For many in the comments however, it looks like it took a while for some locals to get their heads around the fact that a petrol station in Oldham has become a viral sensation.
One viewer posted: "NOT ROYTON BEING A TREND BYE." Another echoed their sentiments and said: "Oldham? Am I hearing this right?"
Chloe added: "Guys this is my local petrol station I’ve only ever bought fuel from, I’m seeing people travel miles!" With another user joking, "putting Oldham on the map,"
With Smashville just being a few minutes away from our offices in Chadderton, we headed down to see what the fuss is all about. Our resident videographer, Michael Oni got himself a large classic burger meal which came with salt and pepper fries and a drink, and set him back £11.
He confessed that he was pleasantly surprised by what he got, saying: "It was delicious, the burger was spicy and because it was two smashed patties I had a lot more burger than bread which was nice, the chips were nice and crispy.
"A burger place at a petrol station is quite decent if you're hungry on a long journey but the American snacks were very expensive so I'm not so sure about that."
