Celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo made his ITV return after a six-month hiatus.
Gino last appeared on This Morning back in March before heading off to Italy to spend time with his family. The chef regularly dominated the show's cooking segment with his chaotic energy and firey wit but admitted he needed to take a short break to relax.
The last time Gino was on the show he caused havoc by disrupting the fashion segment and winding up the presenters as they tried to read their teleprompters. Today, he joined the studio via video call to inform viewers he will be back in the kitchen soon.

Initially interrupting Love Island stars Davide and Ekin-Su's interview, he had a firey back and forth on how to properly make a carbonara. Returning 30 minutes later for his allotted time, he told Holly and Phil he spent his time in Italy recording a new cookery show.
The show sees the chef travelling around Sardinia cooking up a storm alongside family members using recipes passed down through generations. The first episode aired last night but Gino promised his fans there are a lot of exciting surprises in store throughout the series.
He rounded the interview out by admitting his family have a lot of embarrassing photos of him, especially as a child. Throwing the show into chaos, he said: "90% of my pictures as a little boy, I had my willy out. I think my father was so proud to have a boy because we had a lot of female members, he wanted to show me off."
The anecdote had Phil close to tears as he begged Gino to stop talking. He went on to give viewers an up-close look at his newly formed tan before Holly and Phil were forced to ask him to cover up.
