Holly Willoughby has left moved by a tribute her son Harry to the Queen as the This Morning presenter and her family paid tribute to the late monarch at Buckingham Palace.
Holly was back alongside co-host Phillip Schofield for the first time since Her Majesty's death on Thursday, after ITV pulled the show on Friday to allow for rolling coverage of her passing and the events that followed.
The opening of Monday's This Morning was both poignant and sombre as a piper appeared on screen to pay one of The Queen's favourite Scottish songs. The camera then cut to Holly and Phillip in the studio, who were both wearing black.
Both presenters had the opportunity to reflect on how they'd reacted to the sad news about The Queen, who died at Balmoral, aged 96. Holly took to Instagram on Sunday to share photos of her three children laying tributes to Her Majesty outside of her London residence.

As Phillip and Holly were joined in the studio by colleagues Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, Holly elaborated on what each of her children had written in the blank cards she'd handed to them for their tributes.
And she admitted it was Harry's note to the long serving sovereign that really got to her. Reading Harry's words, Holly said: "Dear The Queen, what a journey it's been, from from a regular young queen who'd only met one prime minister to a national treasure who's met 15 and is the greatest queen England has ever seen.
Reading more of Harry's thoughtful tribute, Holly added: "You've done so well without Phillip, I can't imagine what that must have been like for you. I'm glad you get to see him again.
"You've made the impossible possible with what you've achieved. Whenever you smiled, it made me smile. This is one of the greatest qualities a human can have."
AS well as Holly choking slightly on her words as she read out what her son wrote in the cards, Holly's words really touched Dermot, who said the tribute had 'destroyed' him, as Alison reached over to put a supportive hand on Holly's knee as she tried to compose herself.
