A man called 'John' had called into the show as part of the chef's ask me anything segment with a big problem. He said when he was getting intimate with his wife, she would call out his father's name rather than his own.
It was then turn for Gino to give his opinion on the matter, as he had a wild suggestion for 'John'. The chef left Holly and Phil gobsmacked with his suggestion as they tried to hold in fits of laughter over his idea.
