This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has always been open about her struggle with her weight.
But speaking to The Mirror, she said she is living life to the fullest as she has accepted she might die "a little bit sooner" due to her weight.
The 47-year-old refuses to slim down despite being trolled on a daily basis about her size. She is planning to eat slightly healthier going forward to avoid getting knee pain but said that she is OK with being a bigger girl.

Alison said: "They do say television puts on a bit of weight though, doesn't it? Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl.' But I like taking up a bit of space, I'm OK with it. I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone.
"None of us are getting out of this. We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest. And if I do die sooner, I'm going to have a fantastic life. I'm going to have a wonderful life. I'm 47 now, I don't know how long I'm going to go on for.
"We're all going to die eventually, but I'm going to enjoy my life. I'm going to eat nice food. I'm going to try to eat a little bit healthier, because sometimes my knees do hurt. So I will try my very best."
Speaking about internet trolls making comments about her weight, Alison said: "I get it all the time. I know I'm overweight, everyone can see I'm overweight. It's not a surprise to know I'm overweight. Why do people feel that they need to tell me something that is so blatantly obvious? Maybe [they should] think that I've probably told myself it 100 times before anyway, so I don't need anybody to tell me that I'm overweight. Because I see myself every single day."
But the TV star doesn't let the negativity get her down. She called herself an 'overcomer' as she said: "I'll overcome and go, 'There are worse things that are happening right now. There are people starving in the world.' I try and look at the bigger picture and drive on forward."
