Alison Hammond required some studio changes to help prevent further blunders on today's episode of This Morning.
The TV personality stepped in to co-present alongside Phillip Schofield yet again as Holly Willoughby is still testing positive for coronavirus. But her appearance didn't go smoothly as she made a bit of a blunder.
The 47-year-old stumbled her words before admitting she was struggling to read the autocue. She said she "didn't know what was wrong with her". Alison reached for her glasses to help her read the words correctly. Phil noticed her struggling and suggested the crew make amendments to the studio equipment instead.

Phillip said: "Do you want it to come a bit closer?" as she told him: "No, it's fine."
He told the team: "Creep right in there, in you come team, creep in, don't be shy. It's fine, closer, closer, come right in."
Alison joked she didn't want viewers to see her wrinkles, as Phil went on: "Much more intimate, there you go, there you go. No one is gonna notice that massive camera in shot there."
She claimed this was much better and proceeded to read from it. After the cameramen brought the autocue closer to the presenters, Alison was able to ditch her specs. But the solution didn't help as much as they all thought as Alison managed to mess her words up yet again, sending her into hysterics. Phil was quick to point out that the studio changes made no difference and Alison put her glasses back on.
As Alison laughed hysterically, Phil told her: "That didn't help then did it," as she responded: "I'm putting them back on."
Later in the show, after an ad break, Alison addressed the new look to any viewers who were just tuning in. She said: "Welcome back to This Morning, now you're not seeing double. I've actually got my glasses on because I couldn't see, I couldn't see the autocue today. I don't know what's the matter with me. So I thought I'd let you know."
