This Morning presenter Alison Hammond was left gobsmacked during Bank Holiday Monday's installment of the ITV programme after a guest unveiled his real age during a segment on easy exercises to keep you fit and healthy.
Wayne Lèal appeared on This Morning to get hosts Alison and Dermot O'Leary involved in the trampolines exercises as the presenting duo gave it their all leapt up and down before Alison quizzed Wayne on his age.
The This Morning guest has trained world champion athletes, captains of industry, and has been an influential guest speaker at many of the world’s top spas.
Although he may only look like someone in his early thirties, Wayne is actually a grandfather who destroys age stereotypes by practising what he preaches.
Before telling Alison his real age, Wayne quizzed the presenter on how old she thought he was, to which Alison replied: "Forty-five years old."
"Oh Gosh, I really can't tell. I would say late thirties at first, but I'm thinking maybe forty-five," she said.
And Alison was left visibly shocked when Wayne eventually admitted his real age.
"I'm sixty-five-years-old," he revealed as viewers at home watched Alison's jaw drop before she gasped.
"That is crazy, you look so young," she screeched after discovering the fitness guru's age.
Viewers at home were also left shocked as they shared their reactions on Twitter, with one writing: "That man looks younger than me and I'm only 35. How does he do it."
"OMG older people who look younger really fascinate me. This man on This Morning looks AMAZING," another echoed.
"Alison quite literally cannot believe her eyes or ears. Love her," another shared.
While someone else tweeted: "I'm off to buy a mini trampoline if it means I'll look like him when I'm 65 omg."
Alison and Dermot went on to engage in some trampoline jumping, where Alison joked that she should have worn her sports bra as she cheekily held her chest while gazing down the cameras.
The This Morning hosts presented a special Coronation-themed programme on Monday ahead of the King's Coronation this weekend.
