This Morning guest Carla Bellucci slammed Phillip Schofield for calling her a "parasite" on air and accused him of bullying her.
The 41-year-old admitted to lying to doctors about having depression in order to get a nose job on the NHS.
She claimed that she "flirted" with a GP and lied about her mental health in order to get a small bump on her nose fixed.
In 2019, she was called the 'most hated woman in Britain'.
Carla blamed Phillip - who stepped down from This Morning and later admitted to having an affair with a younger employee - for the internet 'pile-on' she experienced.
During her appearance on the ITV programme, Phillip told her: "You freely admit - happily admit - that you've milked the NHS and you have lied.
"You've been a parasite on the NHS."
Phillip even told her she would "get battered about this".
"I'm going to say the truth," she said at the time. "I lied but I do work. I was born here, I feel like I've not really done anything wrong."
"The NHS is not for cosmetic procedures," Holly Willoughby said. "What was wrong with your nose before?"
With Phillip hitting headlines over his "unwise" but "not illegal" affair with a former employee, guests and stars have come out to share their experiences on the programme.
Kerry Katona called the show "fake, phoney and false" while Dr Ranj Singh said the programme has a 'toxic' culture.
And now, former glamour model Carla said she was an 'easy target' for Phillip.
"He just bullied me on air from the moment the cameras started rolling," she said.
She added that Phillip had a 'ferocious way' of calling her a liar but he was also 'telling everyone, including his own wife' lies.
Speaking to MailOnline, she said: "The man is a hypocrite, and it makes me angry to watch that clip over, even four years later. He also had the nerve to tell me that even after the £7k worth of surgery my nose was still 'a bit off'."
Mirror have contacted Phillip's reps for comment.
