This Morning viewers were left rather stunned on Thursday as Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes spoke to a man who has grown the 'world's largest potato'.
As they opened the latest edition of the ITV daytime show, Rochelle was seen giggling as Phillip spoke about the giant spud.
The potato is twice the size of the average newborn and was grown in New Zealand by a man named Colin.
As Phillip and Rochelle crossed over live to Colin, he was seen cradling the giant root vegetable on his lap as he described the moment he discovered it.
The presenters couldn't stop laughing as Colin spoke about the potato - which he has decided to call Doug - and at one point, Phillip asked Colin if he had smothered it in baby oil.
Colin quickly pulled out a bottle of water and poured some over it as he confirmed he had been keeping the spud in the freezer.
But viewers were quite puzzled like Phillip and took to Twitter to comment.
"Is he rubbing the potato? Has he put baby oil on it? Is this some OnlyFans sh*t? #Thismorning," one This Morning fan posted.
Another tweeted: "Am I seriously watching a segment on the world’s biggest potato???? WTF #ThisMorning."
A third viewer asked: "What in the world have I tuned into? #thismorning."
And someone else fumed: "With all the pressing issues going on in this country; they decide to start the show telling us about a f*cking potato #ThisMorning."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
