Candace Owens and Blake Neff’s latest social media clash quickly grabbed attention after the conservative commentator challenged Neff to prove a major claim connected to Charlie Kirk and his wife Erika Kirk. The exchange started after Owens reacted to an article published by The Bulwark that discussed public reactions to the idea of her possibly running for president in the future. Owens shared the article on X and claimed that President Donald Trump trying to publicly shame her “had the opposite desired effect.” The article included comments from people who said they would consider supporting Owens if she ever entered a presidential race.
That post later caught the attention of political commentator Blake Neff, who responded by writing, “You should run. I think the whole country would benefit from learning more about who you really are.”
Instead of directly addressing the comment, Owens shifted the conversation toward an older controversy involving Charlie Kirk and leadership at Turning Point USA. She challenged Neff to show proof that Charlie Kirk had officially chosen Erika Kirk as his successor.
“Tell ya what Blakey…you send me the video of Charlie appointing Erika as the CEO (in the event of his untimely death), and you have yourself a deal,” Owens wrote on X.
