A popular food spot in Glasgow has won an award for being the best Indian restaurant in Scotland.
Swadish in the Merchant City took home the prize at the Food Awards Scotland 2022 ceremony.
The team, under chef Ajay Kumar, celebrated the win by thanking their loyal customers for their support.
A spokesperson said: "What a Night!!! Swadish has been awarded with another national award at The Food Awards Scotland.
"We are super excited and humbled. We couldn’t ask more from all you lovely people. We thank you for your love and support that keeps growing.
"We love the community building around Swadish and this inspires us to serve you all with all our might.
"Thank you for being a part of our journey."
It comes just weeks after Swadish took home prizes for Best Fine Dining Restaurant and Chef of the Year for their incredible curries at the Spice Awards.
Earlier this year they won Best Indian Restaurant at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards.
Held at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow, the Food Awards recognised the hard work and dedication of local establishments, and several city restaurants picked up awards.
La Vita Spuntini in the city centre won Best Italian, while Japanese spot Sapporo Teppanyaki earned Best Oriental.
Soul Food Kitchen took home the gong for Best Vegetarian.
A spokesperson for The Food Awards Scotland said: “It is true that Scotland combines tastes and flavours from all over the world, where visitors can find different restaurants, gastro pubs and bistros, to meet their needs.
