Recently, Lisa Haydon took to social media where she shared a video of herself reading a picture book to her children. In the post, the actress also revealed that this picture book was "a new bedtime favourite" in their house.
The book Lisa was talking about is ‘Are Your Emotions Like Mine’ which is written by Chitwan Mittal and illustrated by Shruti Hemani. Aimed at kids aged three to five years, ‘Are Your Emotions Like Mine’ is about a range of emotions young children can feel. But instead of feeling overwhelmed, it teaches them how to deal with their emotions by first taking a deep breath!
