The late Queen Elizabeth paid off Duchess Sophie and Prince Edward to give up their business ventures and becoming full-time working royals, a documentary has claimed.

Before marrying Prince Edward in 1999, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh had a successful career in Public Relations.
The Queen is thought to have paid Sophie and Prince Edward a lump sum to become full-time working royals in 2002.
This royal news comes as it was revealed Prince William “couldn't eat” and was “sick with worry” ahead of Prince Harry's bombshell Oprah moment.
