India's stand-in captain and 'Player of the Match' Jasprit Bumrah led a dramatic turnaround for the visitors in the Perth Test, resulting in a record-breaking win against Australia, after which off-spin great Nathan Lyon approached the Indian pacer for his autograph on a bat.
Bumrah's match haul of 8 for 72 brought India back when they had their backs to the wall after being dismissed for just 150 in their first innings on the bouncy Optus Stadium track. But Bumrah, who was leading the side in the absence of Rohit Sharma, took five wickets (5 for 30) to help his team bowl out the Aussies for a mere 104.
