If you are looking to get away over the August bank holiday weekend, one-way flights to Alicante have appeared online for as little as £26.52 in August.
Flying with Ryanair direct from Newcastle International Airport, prices range from £26 up to £48 over the five days period from Saturday, August 26 to Thursday, August 31.
The price includes one small cabin bag, but priority boarding, large cabin bags and reserved seats can be added for an additional £35 each way. Passengers can also add up to 20kg of hold luggage for £53.49 each way.

Cut-price flights are hard to find in the high season, but budget airline Ryanair has a dedicated Fare Finder on its website to help travellers locate flights for less.
