A text message containing an image of nude Shrek holding his ogre…appendage…loomed over an Ohio courtroom on Friday, during the prosecution's closing argument in a two-day trial that captured the attention of Ohioans, free speech advocates, and the national media.
"The question is whether you should be entitled to a little bit of privacy and not sent that message," said prosecutor Matthew Lallo.
