Thieves rob cash from temple donation box

MARGAO (Person)

Margao: Robbers struck the Shree Datta Mandir at Quepem, early Saturday morning and made off with the cash from the donation box after breaking it open.

Police sources said that the CCTV cameras have captured the robbers in the act and that all efforts are on to nab the culprits.

According to police sources the robbers gained entry into the temple through a window.

The theft came to light around 6am when the poojari came to the temple.
