Liverpool were dealt an early-season injury blow on Saturday in their Premier League opener, as Thiago Alcantara limped out of their clash with Fulham.
The Spain international was seen holding his thigh after a coming together and he was attended to on the field by Reds medical staff before the decision was made to withdraw him from the action.
Harvey Elliott was introduced as his replacement, coming on as part of a double substitution with Darwin Nunez when the team was struggling at 1-0 down. The latter went on to equalise for the Reds.

Thiago enjoyed a strong end to the previous campaign, as he was one of the driving forces behind the team's push for four trophies. However, his time with the club has been consistently punctured by injury issues.
Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson was also seen nursing an issue in the first half, although he was able to carry on.
Manager Jurgen Klopp will be hoping Thiago's issue is not serious, as the Reds have been contending with a number injury problems. Diogo Jota, Ibrahima Konante and Curtis Jones are among a plethora of key absentees.
