Jarome Luai wasn't left with much when he walked off the field in Port Moresby after helping lead Samoa to a World Cup demolition of Papua New Guinea on the ground he will call home in 12 months time.

"They wanted my undies too. I was like, nah, sorry, no can do," Luai told AAP after Saturday's 64-6 win.
