MetLife Mexico, a top personal insurer, has entered into a partnership with health service firms Mutuus and Grupo Promass to tap into the hospital expense insurance industry in Mexico.
This collaboration, Mutuus CEO Jean-Louis Brunet says, seeks to expand users' access to quality healthcare through new digital platforms and a network of healthcare providers.
This initiative is backed by MetLife, which has more than 155 years of experience and a presence in 40 countries, and Mutuus which offers expanded coverage with top-rated hospitals and physicians.
This alliance is designed to leverage cutting-edge digital technology to provide products that enhance the users' experience with hospital expenses, Brunet said.
Furthermore, the agreement includes a substantial extension of hospital expense insurance coverage by collaborating with strategic partners like Liverpool and WOOW, Grupo Promass' marketplace.
