When did Black Friday beauty deals run this year?
Black Friday kicked off on Friday 29th November 2024 and deals ran across Cyber Weekend until Cyber Monday, 2nd December. Like previous years, some retailers offered even further reductions for Cyber Monday, such as Argos, Sephora and Look Fantastic all boasting huge discounts on popular beauty buys. The deals also ran earlier in the month, with some retailers starting sales as early as 1st November.
Are Black Friday beauty deals usually better than Cyber Monday?
Collectively, throughout our years of Cyber Weekend bargain-hunting experience, we've found most Black Friday and Cyber Weekend beauty deals to be at the same reduced price during Cyber Monday. However, we've noticed that many of the particularly popular beauty favourites have sold out quickly during Black Friday, so haven't always made an appearance in the Cyber Monday sales.
Are Cyber Weekend beauty deals better than Boxing Day?
Many choose to shop the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales in the run-up to Christmas, in order to make the most of discounts on some of the best Christmas gifts for her or the best Christmas gifts for mum. Although, there are also plenty of other sales post-Black Friday that boast opportunities to bag a good deal - for example, the Boxing Day sales and Cyber Monday deals can be as good as Black Friday.
However, it is worth noting that it can be a slightly trickier task to find discounts on particularly coveted items, such as luxe hair tools and products with viral status, once Cyber Weekend is over. While we can't predict exactly what is going to be featured in each of the upcoming sales, we think the best time to snap up a real bargain (or to buy your Christmas gifts) is Cyber weekend, as retailers are likely to offer more generous discounts during the countdown to Christmas. Plus, you won't need to worry about early morning queues on Boxing Day - it's a win, win.
When is Black Friday 2025?
Black Friday usually falls on the last Friday of November, the day following the American holiday of Thanksgiving.
In 2025, it's likely that Black Friday will take place on Friday 28th November, with Cyber Monday following on Monday 1st December.
What beauty deals will there be on Black Friday 2025?
You'll be pleased to know that almost all top beauty brands tend to run Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, although some definitely offer deeper price discounts than others. There are a host of brands, such as Dyson, that rarely offer discounts throughout the rest of the calendar year, however, Cyber Weekend is one of the few times of year to nab a luxury hair tool for a fraction of its retail price, with some stellar Dyson Airwrap deals on offer and unmissable discounts in the ghd sale.
