SEVEN areas of Scotland are experiencing 'significant water scarcity' according to a new report by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa).
The authority has confirmed that Tay Estuary, Whiteadder Water and Berwickshire Coastal have now moved to the highest level on the scale, joining North Fife, East Neuk, Stonehaven and North Esk.
