One new app takes Tinder to a new level as it aims to bring people together based on their desire to have a child.
Surrogacy app Rainbow will use artificial intelligence - similar to romance apps such as Bumble - to match people up looking to have a child.
Rainbow will ask users to set the criteria most important - such as location, age range, eye and hair colour, the Daily Mail reports.

Similar to a dating app, people will be able to link up with potential matches - who will share a bio explaining why they want to be a surrogate.
It will also act as a social media platform - with many people struggling to conceive finding it an incredibly tough and isolating process.
The forward-thinking app was created by Maddison Firth, 34, who has struggled with fertility and wanted to create an easier way to navigate the extremely complex process.
In the UK, surrogacy is legal but can be paid for - though expenses such as medical bills and compensation for time off work can be covered.
But any agreement cannot be covered by the law - with the surrogate being the child's legal parent until guardianship is transferred by parental order or adoption.
The app is set to be launched this summer - with surrogates able to register alongside healthcare providers and advertisers.
On a crowdfunding website, the blurb for the app says: "When people think of having a baby the concept seems so simple. But faced with a large majority of the population who struggle with infertility the concept isn't as easy as it first appears.
"Same sex couple need the other sex to fill in the 'missing piece' of their puzzle to enable them to either carry a baby or create one.
"Heterosexual couples face undiagnosed fertility issues, illnesses that leave them unable to carry a child of their own etc. So where do you go to find a surrogate?
"Some people simply want to have a baby on their own without the traditional roles involved, which again is fine but how do you go about finding someone to lend a hand?
That is where Rainbow comes in. It is a social platform, downloaded to your phone or tablet device where you can interact with like minded people, talk freely and hopefully help each other out.
"Worst case you will find further knowledge to help you with your troubles or your make some fantastic new friends!"
