NEW DELHI: Indian para-shuttler Suhas Yathiraj clinched his second consecutive Paralympic silver medal in the men's singles SL4 category, but he is grappling with mixed emotions over missing out on the gold.
The 41-year-old entered the Paralympics as the world number one and reigning world champion, falling short in the final to France's Lucas Mazur, with scores of 9-21, 13-21. This outcome mirrored the Tokyo Paralympics, where he also lost to Mazur.
