NEW DELHI: Indian pacers' ability to strike at crucial moments, despite pitches not favoring them, has been a major factor separating the hosts and England in the ongoing Test series, according to top-order batter Shubman Gill.
In the three Tests played so far, the four spinners - R Ashwin (11), Ravindra Jadeja (12), Kuldeep Yadav (8), and Axar Patel (5) - have collectively taken 36 wickets, compared to the pacers' tally of 22 in Hyderabad, Vizag and Rajkot.
