The Wanted's Siva Kaneswaran has been confirmed as the final celebrity joining the Dancing on Ice 2023 line up.
The announcement was made on this morning's Good Morning Britain, as the singer joined hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid to chat about his upcoming time on the ITV ice skating show. Joking he asked: "Can I change my mind?"
He went on to explain that one of the reasons that he decided to do the show was because he lost his band member and close friend Tom Parker due to cancer. He said that it was inspiring to watch Tom show up with a smile on his face despite everything that he was going through.

Siva said: "That's one of the gifts that he has given me." The hosts spoke of a time when they had last seen Siva with Tom and remembered his positivity.
He added: "I’m very excited. I’m trying to be positive and not be in a fearful mindset. I’m looking forward to meeting all the cast. I want to learn how to skate and make my family proud of me and put on a show for everyone to see and hopefully not make a fool of myself."
While seeing how prepared for the show Siva was, Susanna asked: "Are you physically fit?" He admitted that he was off to meet Torvill and Dean soon but he felt like he was fit enough. Although he added that he had never skated before without a support penguin meant for kids.
Susanna said: "You complete the line up." Siva joked: "They saved the best till last."
Siva will join the likes of actresses Patsy Palmer and Mollie Gallagher, Drag Race star The Vivienne, TOWIE's Joey Essex and former footballer John Fashanu. Rounding out the cast is Love Island's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson.
