Brits have revealed the everyday little moments that bring them the most joy – from the first cup of tea or coffee in the morning, to snuggling up under fresh bed sheets.
One in three Brits are keen to create daily pick-me-ups, with packages arriving in the post, and binge-watching their favourite TV show, also ranking highly.
It comes as a poll of 2,000 adults found that three-quarters admit they lack joy in their lives – with two in five blaming this on the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
