Diners will have the chance to tuck into the final meal ever served on board the ill-fated Titanic, whilst enjoying a performance playing out around them. The Queen of the Ocean - A Titanic Dining Experience, will be taking place at The Coal Exchange in Cardiff on April 28, 29 and 30, and is being billed as a "totally immersive, poignant and unique experience".
The formal or smart attire event will be based on the final day on the Titanic, and the menu will feature a selection of canapes, followed by the starter of Poached salmon mousseline, a main of Chicken lyonnaise with new potatoes, and a dessert of Waldorf pudding. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available. Diners will enjoy an immersive and interactive show taking place around their table as they enjoy their meals
The event will take place a couple of months after the re-release of the James Cameron 1997 movie which starred Leonardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet, which will be in cinemas on February 14 to mark its 25th anniversary. Get stories like this straight to your inbox with our newsletters.
