The Swansea City player ratings as sublime Joel Piroe and Hannes Wolf look the business in Derby County win

ANDY FISHER 6

Wasn't overly troubled in the first-half but gave away the penalty to let Derby back into the game. A couple of nervy moments late on as the Rams pushed. Passing was a tad sloppier than it has been.

BEN CABANGO 8

Made a number of important clearances and was good in possession once again. Good performance from the Welshman.

KYLE NAUGHTON 8

Plenty of neat touches and movements to ensure Swansea were fairly comfortable at the back while he made some timely tackles too.

JOEL LATIBEAUDIERE 8

Another composed display from the 22-year-old who is showing his best form for Swansea. The vast majority of his work was done in possession, and he did it well.

CYRUS CHRISTIE 8

Got up the pitch well on numerous occasions and fizzed a shot wide in the first-half. Had so much space at times in the second-half and occupied it well.

JAY FULTON 8

A couple of sloppy passes aside, the Scot continued from where he left off at Millwall. Made a vital challenge in the build-up to Joel Piroe's second goal and won a number of tackles to limit Derby attacks. Good shift.

MATT GRIMES 8

A couple of timely challenges from the captain who was generally good on the ball. Always offered himself, as you'd expect.

HANNES WOLF 8

Looked lively from the outset and put in the delivery for Piroe to open the scoring. The Austrian showed tremendous athleticism, pace and effort throughout. So unlucky with his effort that hit the bar. Superb display though.

JOEL PIROE - Star Man 9

A sublime finish to put Swansea ahead and his second was equally cool as the Dutchman became only the seventh player since the club's stadium move in 2005 to reach 20 goals in a season. What a striker he is.

JAMIE PATERSON 6

Made some important interceptions but wasn't at his influential best. Solid enough display before being withdrawn after an hour.

MICHAEL OBAFEMI 8

His confidence remains evident right now. Didn't quite have the final ball, although his work rate was immense throughout. Subbed late on.

Subs

Olivier Ntcham (for Paterson) - Shot just wide after coming on and spurned another chance, but helped Swansea keep control in the final 30 minutes. 6

Korey Smith (for Piroe) - As above. Broke down play well a couple of times after being introduced. 6

Kyle Joseph (for Obafemi) - No time to make an impact. N/A
