It's not easy returning to healthy eating after the indulgences of Christmas.
Whether you're starting afresh or trying to get back on track with a pre-festive routine, January can often feel like the hardest time to stick to any sort of diet.
However, baked oats are a great way to stay on track and still get your sweet fix - and it seems that Slimming World fans have found a new favourite recipe, reports SurreyLive.
Made with oats, egg, yoghurt, fruit and a drop of vanilla essence, it's a low fat, low calorie and high fibre option.
It's no wonder why so many people - including plenty of mums - who follow Slimming World are raving about it.
