Retro enthusiasts should keep an eye out for a specific blast processing-powered beast coming this fall — shout-outs to all three of you that understood that reference.
On Wednesday, Sega announced that the Genesis Mini 2 will launch on Oct. 27, 2022. The tiny throwback console features more than 50 games, some of which were Sega CD exclusives. We’ll list some of the offerings below.

Pretty solid list, some of these are among the best Genesis games ever. Hopefully, Sega will give Shinobi some love once the remaining titles get an announcement. It could use more sports games too.
The Sega Genesis Mini 2 is being sold exclusively through Amazon. It’ll go for $103.80, with an additional shipping fee of $21.99 since it’s coming from Japan.
