A silicone teething toy shaped like an off-white disc, with a colored ball in the middle and six long string "tentacles" running through it, has been recalled repeatedly this year under different brand names sold by different companies on Amazon.
The recalls describe the same product. Several of the notices list the same product code, model 688-59, printed on the packaging.
