The final weekend of the Premier League is finally here and while champions Manchester City have already been crowned, there's still all to play for down the other end of the table.
After a season that has seen them win just six games so far, Southampton's relegation to the Championship has already been confirmed, ending their 11-year stay in the top flight.
However, there are still three clubs in danger of joining them with Everton, Leeds United and Leicester City all at risk of the drop going into the final round of matches. With two places in the bottom three still to be decided, any one of them could go down depending on what happens on Sunday.
Everton, one of just six clubs to have never been relegated from Premier League, are currently in 17th place on 34 points and face Bournemouth as they look to ensure their survival. Leicester, meanwhile, were champions in 2016 but find themselves in 18th place ahead of their game against West Ham. They're on 31 points, level with 19th-placed Leeds, who only came up from the Championship in 2020 but are now battling to avoid dropping back down.
With two spots in the bottom three set to be decided, only one of these clubs will beat the dreaded drop. Here's what each team needs this weekend in order to do just that:

Everton - 17th
Out of the three teams threatened with relegation, Everton are best placed to survive as they find themselves two points clear of both Leicester and Leeds, with only 15th-placed Bournemouth left to play.
The Toffees could avoid the drop with as little as a draw, but really could do with a win to truly make themselves safe. A draw with Bournemouth would leave Sean Dyche's side on 34 points, which would be enough if Leicester and Leeds both lose or draw, but a win for the Foxes would see them overtake Everton on goal difference with the latter dropping into the bottom three.
In fact, there's still a chance that Everton could finish the season in 19th place if they draw, as a win by four or more goals for Leeds would move them 18th, above the Toffees but not out of the relegation zone.
Despite their dire season, Dyche's men have pulled some big results out of the bag in recent weeks, earning precious points against Crystal Palace, Spurs and Wolves while also stunning the league with a huge 5-1 win over high-flying Brighton. However, their record against Bournemouth is poor, having only beaten them once since the end of 2017 and losing their last four meetings heavily.
Leeds - 18th
Sam Allardyce's side are right up against it going into their final game of the season against Spurs, with just two wins in their last 10 games putting them second from bottom in the table, level on points with Leicester (31) but well behind on goal difference (-27 compared to Leicester's -18).
Simply, Leeds must win to give themselves a fighting chance of staying up. However, they will also be relying on other results to go their way, as three points will only ensure their survival if Leicester and Everton both lose or the Toffees draw and Leeds win by more than four goals.
It would be quite the story if they were to pull off this great escape, but getting the win in the first place will be no easy feat. Despite Tottenham's poor run of form, which has seen them lose to Brentford, Aston Villa and Bournemouth in recent weeks, they have won their last three games against Leeds, scoring 10 goals in the process.
Leicester - 19th
Like Leeds, the Foxes desperately need a win in order to avoid the drop just seven years after they lifted the Premier League title against the odds. Level on points with the West Yorkshire side, a victory for Dean Smith's men at home to West Ham on the final day would be massive, but again their potential escape is dependent on other results.
If they secure the three points at the King Power Stadium, Leicester will still need Everton to fail to beat Bournemouth, with a Toffees draw or loss in that game seeing them drop below the Foxes into the relegation zone. A Leeds win would see them draw level on points with Leicester but it would take a Premier League record scoreline for them to move ahead of Smith's men.
West Ham were also threatened with the drop a few weeks ago but recent wins over Manchester United and Leeds have seen them live to fight another day. However, Leicester won the reverse fixture back in November with goals from James Maddison and Harvey Barnes helping them to a 2-0 win, while there's every chance the Hammers could be distracted by their upcoming Europa League Conference final against Fiorentina heading into the final weekend of the league season.
