Bella Hadid and Marc Kalman have split after two years of dating, according to reports.
The model, 26, and art director, 35, are believed to have parted company in the spring with an insider saying it was “amicable”.
The news comes after it was revealed that the younger sister of fellow model Gigi Hadid is taking some time out from the limelight to focus on her health after being diagnosed with Lyme disease.
“They were very in love, but the relationship ultimately ran its course and they decided to end things. Bella is a very nice person, but struggles with the pressures of fame,” a source said.
“Bella is taking some much-deserved time off to treat her Lyme disease. She is not in rehab and has never had an alcohol or drug problem.
“Her split from Marc was amicable and she is always someone who takes care of herself and has been very open about it,” they added to Entertainment Tonight.
The Standard has contacted a representative for Bella Hadid for comment.
Their break-up comes almost a year after rumours were flying that Kalman was preparing to pop the question.
They were first linked in 2020, but didn’t confirm that they were an item until July 2021, instead choosing to keep their relationship on the down-low.
There were several sightings of them together in public after that, including taking in Paris Fashion Week together and being snapped helping Gigi to celebrate her 27th birthday in New York in 2022. Kalman had even met the rest of her family by then, as Bella’s parents, Yolanda and Mohamed Hadid, also joined in the festivities.
In March of this year, Bella celebrated five months of sobriety on Instagram Stories with a special trip to Las Vegas.
