Leeds United have an unwanted record when it comes to international breaks this season. They haven't won a single game immediately after any break.
Sometimes, that has been down to the fact that they've had the bad luck of facing a very strong opponent immediately after the international players have returned. For example, in September Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool came to Elland Road as the first match back and eased to a 3-0 victory.
Tottenham Hotspur were also the first opponents after November's international break. In that game, Leeds played excellently in the first half and led through a Dan James goal at the mid-way point. However, they were unable to respond to Spurs raising their game in the second half and ended up the wrong end of a 2-1 score line.
