A 'Christmas Eve Tree Plate' from The Range is causing quite a stir with shoppers. The unusual plate features lettering spelling out 'Dear Santa Claus' at the top and has space for a drink, a carrot and a treat.

Sharing a snap of the product on Instagram this morning (December 10), the chain's social media team said: "Claus you're not doing Christmas right if you haven't got a Christmas Eve Tree Plate." The plate is retailing at £5.99 and measures 36.8cm in height and 35cm in width.
Hundreds of shoppers have responded to the post, with one shopper commenting: "These are lush." Another agreed: "This is super cute". And a third posted: "Love the shape of the plate."
And the good news is, if Santa doesn't fancy what you put on the plate, you can scoff it yourself.
