Channel 5 viewers were left concerned after spotting the Radford kids not wearing seat belts.
In the latest episode of 22 Kids and Counting, parents Noel, 51, and Sue, 46, drove up to Scotland with most of their family.
The family took two camper vans to tour around the Highlands and enjoyed swims, wild camping and some horse riding.

But keeping kids entertained while on the road can be challenging.
Those who turned into the Channel 5 show were left deeply concerned and disappointed as Sue drove through Scotland.
The edition of the show aired on Channel 5 and is now available to catch up with via the My 5 streaming service and catch up platform.
In the back of the camper van, viewers noticed that the kids weren't wearing seat belts and they quickly took to Twitter to express their concern.
Ness asked: "I'm assuming the velocity of a child is different in a Camper van than it is in a car? #22kidsandcounting"
Xtine said: "Watched 22 kids and counting- usually impressed with how they cope."
The Twitter user then added: "But not happy with them driving while kids aren’t buckled in :-("
The Radford family announced the return of the show on January 4, saying: "We're so excited to announce that the new series of 22 Kids & Counting starts tomorrow.
"We had so much fun filming this series and we can't wait to watch all 10 episodes back with you guys!
"There are loads of exciting moments to come that we kept separate from our vlog content - including Bonnie and Heidie's double christening, a big family barbecue on the beach and the bulldogs entering a sausage catching contest."
