A puppy yoga event is coming to Leeds this weekend - where you can enjoy a free yoga session and two hours of cuddling dogs.
The wellness masterclass will be hosted in Victoria shopping centre, Leeds city centre, and said to "boost serotonin levels" by mixing exercise and cuddles with cute puppies in one.
The event will be run by local yogi partner, Yoga Kula, between 10am and 11am. Attendees will enjoy a 45-minute yoga class, followed by "warm, fuzzy cuddles" with furry guests from The Cuddle Club.

Once the yoga session has finished, attendees will then be invited to the wellness masterclass led by luxury skin and body care brand NEOM inside their store. This will be focused around sleep and how important it is for wellbeing, with some tips and tools on getting a better night’s sleep.
Following the talk, attendees are able to enjoy guided shopping time with a 15 per cent discount on full price items, and some free samples to home.
The puppy love will continue for a further two-and-a-half hours for shoppers, with an open-to-all cuddle session until 1.30pm. The event comes as Yoga Kula want to give a taster session before they open a private yoga studio in the city.
In Autumn they will take up residency in the yoga studio inside sportswear brand Sweaty Betty's store. Jo Coburn, Senior General Manager at Victoria Leeds, said: "Looking after our physical and mental wellbeing is essential all year round, however this is particularly important as we move into darker nights.
"This event is all about positive energy and giving people a much-needed boost. What better way to do that than with dogs, yoga, and advice and products from wellness experts."
The open cuddle session with The Cuddle Club will operate on a first come first served basis, with ten people able to cuddle the dogs at any given time in ten-minute slots. Early arrival is advised to secure those serotonin snuggles.
